Who I AM…

I am currently the Assistant Creative Director for Gopher Football at the University of Minnesota, where I do all the team photography along with creating graphics and digital content for social media and recruiting.

I recently graduated Bethel University where I was the Lead Photographer for the Athletic’s Department and managed all photography & videography for their 18 varsity sports. In addition to athletics I also managed the photography for the university's Marketing and Communications Department. I specialize in sports and event photography, but also shoot: weddings, engagements, portraits, and landscapes. I have also worked 2 years shooting summer camps, which includes families, kids, activities, landscapes, and highlighting the atmosphere that surrounds each of those.

My passion for photography began in my sophomore year of high school when my parents bought me my first dslr. I was so eager to take photos that I learned every button and function on that camera before I even got to hold it for the first time.

I have been selected to show my work at various competitions around the Chicagoland and Twin Cities areas. I was selected as a finalist for my work to compete and be shown in the IHSAE State Art event in 2017 in the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. In addition, I have won awards at: Harper College and VIP Studios along with having my work shown at many local business and stores. In 2017 a piece of mine was selected for the Lake Zurich High School Senior Art Purchase. A competition where one 2D and one 3D piece are selected out of all the senior work submitted, to be framed and displayed in the high school indefinitely.
